Creative Constructions was set up in the year 1988 under the leadership of Mr. S.K Singla, a qualified civil engineer. It began as a civil contracting and construction firm with an operating portfolio that included commercial buildings, hotels, farmhouses, high-end residential units, industrial units, corporate houses and electrical substations. In the year June of 2011 Hans Infratech Private Limited was formed.
