Creative Constructions was set up in the year 1988 under the leadership of Mr. S.K Singla, a qualified civil engineer. It began as a civil contracting and construction firm with an operating portfolio that included commercial buildings, hotels, farmhouses, high-end residential units, industrial units, corporate houses and electrical substations. In the year June of 2011 Hans Infratech Private Limited was formed.
Since 2005 we have ventured into providing complete solutions for all kinds of commercial and residential projects from planning to execution. The firm’s key objective is to continue to broad-base its operations, thereby opening new avenues for growth and profitability. Today, Hans Infratech is a complete solution provider: from planning to construction and also the execution of an interior space. We have specialized units for air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and fire fighting works. We also have a small in-house interior design team called Design Worx, comprising vibrant and energetic architects and designers.
